You can ask the receptionist for the WIFI username and password.
Wireless access is provided to our members via our shared network. This wireless network is available throughout our business center.
Internet bandwidth is shared, but our members should expect reliable network services to perform standard tasks.
Every company with a membership or private office gets 100 black and white prints (A3 or A4) per month included in their monthly membership fee, Extra black and white prints are charged (0.02 JD/paper). A4 Color prints are are charged (0.20 JD/paper).
A membership includes 120 black & white prints/copies and 20 color prints/copies per member.
You can find printer connection information by asking the receptionist at the front desk.
Yes, members who rent a private office can bring their own printers.
Yes, THE OFFICE has an Emergency Contact Number that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to address emergency issues that occur.

The ability to set a specific temperature varies office-to-office depending on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and how it may affect neighboring offices in your temperature zone.
Please submit a request if you would like your temperature adjusted and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Prior to submitting your request, we suggest the following so that we can ensure our HVAC systems are running effectively whilst also saving energy and our planet:
- Check that doors and windows are closed.
- Please do not use personal heaters, kettles or coffee makers if possible as these can increase temperatures and affect our HVAC systems.
- If you are working outside standard working hours, we try to save energy by altering the operation of our HVAC systems. Please contact your Community Team for more information.
One of the benefits of month-to-month flexibility is that members can add space at any time. Members have priority to move internally. If you want to add more space, please submit a request or visit your community manager to inquire about availability.
THE OFFICE supplies one complimentary piece of company signage per office, unless otherwise specified. The signage is an adhesive that is placed on your office door facing outwards towards the hallway, usually featuring the member’s company name and logo.
If you would like to order an additional logo (because you updated the style of your logo, or you would like to request multiple logos for multiple windows) then a charge will apply. Please contact your Community team or submit a support request.
THE OFFICE determines office size by desk capacity and typical square meter measurement. The offices are designed specifically for the number of people that are allowed to occupy the space at a given time.
Every office comes with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. If you’d like any of these items removed, please label the unwanted furniture and inform your community manager of the items you’d like removed.
Our Community Services Associates work around the clock, to ensure that your space is always at its best. Office trash bins are emptied daily, and all private offices are cleaned on a weekly rotational basis. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of an office, please raise a support request.
